A site and portal your own team runs.
Company site, blog, landing page or a portal with a members-only area. Designed from scratch, with a CMS your team uses without calling anyone, and the speed search engines reward.

Being taken seriously at first search
This is for: a company that wants to be taken seriously the first time someone looks it up, an association that has to serve members outside office hours, and anyone publishing regularly who doesn’t want to depend on a third party to do it.
What people usually ask
Who publishes content once the site is finished?
Your team. The CMS is handed over configured with the content types you actually use, and training is part of the delivery. Needing a developer to change a paragraph is a design flaw, not a business model.
Is a members-only portal the same as a company website?
No. A restricted area changes the whole project: accounts, permissions, what is public and indexable and what only exists behind a login. That boundary has to be drawn before the first screen — it’s what separates a portal from a website with a password page.
Will the site show up on Google?
The technical half is ours: server-rendered content, readable URLs, a sitemap, structured data and speed. Ranking also depends on content and on time, and anyone promising first place is selling you something else.
