Privacy policy

This text is a working draft, and it describes Brazilian law. Calango Lab is a Brazilian company and this policy follows the LGPD (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados). It honestly describes what the site does today, but it still needs legal review before it can be relied on — and whether GDPR or another regime also applies to you is a question for a lawyer, not for this page.

What this site collects

The site uses no tracking cookies, carries no social network pixel, and shares no data with third parties for advertising.

Contact form: name, company, email address and your description of the problem.
WhatsApp: clicking a conversation button opens WhatsApp with a message already written, noting where the contact came from. From that point the conversation is governed by WhatsApp’s own policy.

What they are used for

Solely to answer your enquiry and, if it becomes a project, to carry the proposal forward. Nothing is used for a newsletter, a mailing list, or sold to anyone.

How long they are kept

Enquiries that don’t become projects are discarded within 12 months. Enquiries that do follow the term of the contract and Brazilian tax-record obligations.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by writing to contato@calangolab.com.br. Requests are answered within 15 days.
